Topic: An Introduction to Specification Curves and P-curves
Abstract: The academic community has recently been doing thoughtful work assessing the integrity of empirical research. This BIBaP meeting will be a conversation about two new tools that have emerged from that process: specification curves and p-curves. Specification curves are an intuitive tool for investigating the robustness of a result. P-curves are meta-analysis tools for investigating the extent of p-hacking in a group of studies.
